The Customer Happiness Awards are an initiative, to recognise top companies in the Gulf; that have done an outstanding job of understanding their customer, and delivering happiness to them consistently and authentically.

Any enterprise or individual based in the Gulf can participate in the Customer Happiness Awards as long as they have relevant initiatives, innovations, programs or achievements pertaining to the award categories.

You can nominate for free in up to 3 company categories. After that, a nomination fee of USD 100 will be levied for every additional category.

You can nominate in 2 company categories for free. After that, a nomination fee of USD 100 will be levied for every additional category. This restriction is not for individual category nominations.

We understand that as part of the nomination process, you may reveal important and sensitive business information. This information is accessed by our Jury. We further ensure that the Jury, does not have any conflict of interest with your business.

The presentations need to be made only by the companies and individuals who are finalists in each category. The entire process happens online on Zoom, wherein every company/individual finalist is allotted 20 minutes (including Q&A) to present their nomination before the Jury panel. It is based on these final presentations, that the Jury identifies the winners in each category. There is a Gold and Silver winner announced in each category.
We recommend between 2-3 team members, such that you can make an impactful presentation while having the support of team members who can address the Jury questions well. However, this is only our recommendation, not a standard rule. Only the individual who is the finalist (in an individual category) can make the presentation before the Jury. Their team or personal assistants will not be allowed to present on their behalf.
The winners will be declared in a Gala Awards ceremony on 18thOctober, 2024, in Dubai.
It is not mandatory to purchase tickets for the Gala Awards ceremony. However, we recommend that you have adequate company representation at the Awards ceremony, so you can create an unforgettable memory with your entire team!
The Gala Awards ceremony of the Customer Happiness Awards will take place on 18th October, 2024, at a luxury hotel in Dubai. We will be announcing the exact date and venue soon.
